J. Rockcliff Realtors held their annual awards celebrations on Monday to kickoff 2011. It was announced by Jeff Sposito, President of J. Rockcliff Realtors, that the Frazzano Team earned the coveted #1 ranking at J. Rockcliff Realtors company wide (over 650 agents). Jeff also told the crowd that the Frazzano Team was also #1 in total closed sales volume for all of Contra Costa/Alameda County (over 5,000 agents from ALL companies) in 2010 with over $90,000,000 in closed sales volume.

Here are the latest statistics for home sales in Dublin Ranch, Dublin CA.

There are 11 active listings in Dublin Ranch as of Feb. 20th, 2011.
The price range is from $718,622 to $1,059,000.

There are 20 pending sales in Dublin Ranch as of Feb. 20th, 2011.  Of the 20, 12 are short sales and 2 are bank owned.  This represents 70% of the pending sales are distressed properties.

We are seeing a lot of early 2011 activity in the popular community of Bridges in San Ramon, CA.  This post includes information about housing market activity in The Bridges. 

Here are the latest statistics for home sales at The Bridges located in San Ramon, CA.

There are 11 active listings in The Bridges as of Feb. 19, 2011.
The price range is from $510,000 to $1,250,000.

There are 3 pending sales in The Bridges, ranging in price from $799,950 to $1,349,900.

In 2010,  18 Bridges homes were sold and closed.  The average days on the market were 43 days.  The median list price was $1,019,000 and the median sold price was $982,500.  This represents a 96% list price to sales price.   Of the 18 homes sold in 2010 in The Bridges, 2 were short sales and one was a bank owned property.  The Bridges has a much lower rate of available distressed properties available as compared to other areas of San Ramon, Ca.  This is in part to the incredible appreciation that The Bridges experienced soon after the homes were built.  The last homes to be built in The Bridges were also some of the largest homes offered and they have been hit the hardest.  They have gone from being $2.2M to about $1.4M.

Multiple Offers in 2011!

Well 2011 here we are. The real estate market is picking up some steam not that is was not busy for The Frazzano Team.  In December 2010 the Frazzano Team had 17 transaction side sales in what is typically the slowest time of the year — The Holidays.

This past weekend we introduced a new listing to the market in Dublin Ranch. This home, located on Brookline Court, received multiple offers and is now pending. This is a great way to start off the year. We wish everyone a healthy and prosperous 2011!
